Cédric started his career in HR because this offered him the opportunity to work with different kinds of people, challenges and contexts. he has a genuine interest in people and he’s also result minded which makes the world of HR a perfect fit in his career route. ​

​Cédric started working at Randstad Sourceright in a supportive role where he did the searching and first screenings of talents for The Randstad Group Belgium. After a year, he took up the full role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of a recruitment plan, advising hiring managers and to guide candidates through the recruitment process. In this role, he also gave guest lectures about recruitment at Thomas More College. Still within Randstad Sourceright he changed to another client (Novartis) to see the more technical/admin side of HR as he worked as an MSP consultant. Cédric was responsible for the VMS system Fieldglass and being the bridge between the client, hiring managers and the consultancy agencies. ​

​Now Cédric has returned to a recruitment and talent advisor role to further broaden his view and focus on talent and the organization as a whole dynamic system at Accord Group.​

Cédric holds a BA in Applied Psychology with a focus on work-and organizational Psychology at Thomas More College, Antwerp.
