In November 2006, Stephan joined Accord Group as a partner, a position which he combined with that of part-time HR manager for Krëfel until May 2008. Within Accord Group he focuses on senior management positions in both the public and private sector. ​

Stephan is a co-founder of VALPEO and Accord Group. He specializes in organizational development, talent management, succession planning & career counseling. He has a successful track record in large and complex transformation projects for both the private and public sectors. ​

Before transitioning to being a leadership advisor, Stephan developed his experience in the corporate sector, primarily within the HR arena. His hands-on experience in combination with 30+ years as a consultant ensures a well-rounded perspective and advice for his clients. ​
