Pavel is an Associate Consultant at VALPEO and has more than 15 years of experience in management consultancy. His mission is to bring more health to the world of organizations by helping leaders transform their businesses.

With a career started in IT systems engineering and a degree in child development psychology, followed by a Master’s in Executive Psychodynamic Coaching, Pavel also brings over 15+ years of experience in management consulting, focused on organisational transformations, lately, using vertical development approaches. Pavel is also a PhD student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam researching coach-coachee matching based on a difference in levels of self-awareness using theories and tools developed at the Institute for Adult Development by Dr Darren Stevens.

Over the course of his career, Pavel has managed diverse projects across different geographies, acquiring vast knowledge and experience in domains such as organization design, organizational culture, talent, business strategy, M&A, and change management.
