Jean-Claude’s extensive career has seen him hold various leadership positions in the financial services sector.
He was previously HR Director at Ernst & Young and also at AXA Belgium. For Ernst & Young, he was also the Chief Learning & Development Officer for Europe. Jean-Claude has in-depth expertise in competency and performance management, leadership coaching, executive succession and compensation & benefit advisory.
Jean-Claude is responsible for the elaboration of various leadership development programs and facilitates workshops on team building and change management, including for EY, and for Belfius Bank & Insurance at board level, De Watergroep, OVAM, Vulpia, Besix. He supervises annual evaluations of top federal and Flemish officials in direct contact with the ministers concerned. He runs assessment & development centres and provides executive coaching for several major clients, at board and senior executive level, such as Belfius Bank & Insurance, Infrabel, Hr Rail, Water-Link, etc. He is author of the book “Impact in action” (Die Keure 2010).
Jean-Claude obtained his Law degree from the VUB Brussels.
