Her career spans senior roles in both business and HR, where she has successfully navigated environments from agile start-ups to complex global corporations.

Marianne holds an Executive Master in Marketing & Advertising from Solvay Business School, an MBA from Louvain School of Management, and a BBA in International Management from ICHEC. She is certified in ESG & Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership) and Digital Transformation from INSEAD. Marianne is also a Certified Coach from BAO-Elan Vital, with additional training in Brain-Based and Neuroscience Coaching.
