Lennart brings a decade of HR Management and strategic HR Consulting experience. He specializes in strategic organization design, job grading and compensation and benefits projects. He consults clients on designing and implementing new job grading, compensation and benefits systems and learning & development projects that are future-proof and strengthen both organizations and people.
He also works as a certified and registered mediator and conflict expert in the context of work/labour-related disputes in The Netherlands.
Lennart holds a degree of Human Resources Management and is member of the Dutch Mediators Federation.
