Laura Perret is a partner at VALPEO in Switzerland. She is a consultant in leadership and organizational development. She coaches executives, management teams and boards of directors.
She has more than 25 years of professional experience, including 7 years in executive positions, 14 years in management, 17 years in education policy and management, 10 years in teaching, 8 years in professional coaching, 5 years in specialized journalism and 6 years in IT. She also has 15 years of political experience at the municipal, regional and national levels.
Laura Perret leads complex change projects in the public and private sectors as well as NGOs. She accompanies companies and organizations in their evolution with a sustainable development perspective in the 5 dimensions: economic, social, environmental, global and long-term.
Laura Perret holds a doctorate in computer science, an executive master of business administration EMBA, a master of public administration MPA, a certificate of advanced studies CAS in business mediation, a federal diploma of supervisor-coach, the Professional Certified Coach accreditation from the International Coach Federation PCC ICF and the supervisor diploma from the Coaching and Supervision Academy CSA.
