José Veloso

José Veloso is a partner at VALPEO in Switzerland. He is an entrepreneur with a passion for business management and the transformation of organisations, bringing a different vision to their evolution.

His career started in the numerical control as a machine mechanic, where he spent 10 years in production, including 3 years as a teacher in CAM. Drawn to sales, he took on the challenge of becoming a technical salesman in the field of computer-aided design and technical data management for over 15 years.

José has been the manager of two computer companies with 25 and 55 employees. He made his first organisational transformation and led this first company to success for 5 years. He then took on a new challenge as a production manager leading 4 departments and 90 people to implement simultaneous engineering. He continued his career internationally as a strategic account manager for Switzerland in a large digitalisation company. Based on his experience, he decided to create his own business consulting company, with VALPEO at the center of its strategy, thus becoming VALPEO’s partner for Switzerland.

José Veloso holds a federal Master’s degree in mechanics, a federal diploma as a specialist in SME management, as well as a professional coaching certification. He is also a self-employed administrator, has certificates in sales and negotiation, and is trained as an agile management coach, facilitation coach and project management coach. He is currently doing a post-graduate course in Mergers, Transfers and Acquisitions.
