Geke Schuiteman specialises in strategic organisational design and strategic and agile HR. Geke has broad expertise at the intersection of people and organisation. How do you shape organisations and the processes within organisations in such a way that people can work in a pleasant way? How do you ensure that people are challenged to develop and that this contributes to a successful organisation? Designing future-proof instruments for remuneration and personal development is her field of expertise.
Before joining VALPEO, she worked as HR manager and Sr. consultant on strategic HR projects in the field of organisational design, job grading and remuneration.
Geke holds a degree of Human Resources Management and Advanced Consulting & Change Management at SIOO.
