Geke Schuiteman specializes in strategic organizational design and strategic and agile HR. Geke has broad expertise at the intersection of people and organization. How do you shape organizations and the processes within organizations in such a way that people can work in a pleasant way? How do you ensure that people are challenged to develop and that this contributes to a successful organization? Designing futureproof instruments for remuneration and personal development is her field of expertise.
Prior to VALPEO/Accord Group she worked as HR manager and sr. consultant on strategic HR projects in the field of organizational design, jobgrading and remuneration.
Geke holds a degree of Human Resources Management and Advanced Consulting & Change Management at SIOO.
