Dora Munteanu

Executive advisor leadership and organizational development: helps organizations align leadership with their vision and strategy. Bringing a 20+ year track record in executive development/education and (international) business growth advisory services.

Dora leads strategic (global) leadership and organizational development projects. She is a senior advisor of strategic programs, supporting organizations in detecting and developing talent who can envision and implement sustainable growth. Building on her prior experience in executive education, management, and consultancy, she advises customers on strategy, leadership development, and culture transformation.

Prior to VALPEO/ Accord Group, she operated for 14 years in the executive education industry and 7 years in internationalization advisory for both large firms and SMEs, across a variety of sectors and countries. She managed virtual global teams, occupied senior management functions and advised entrepreneurs on their expansion plans in emerging markets such as CEE and China. For 12 years, she was part of the management team of Antwerp Management School, as well as the General Council and co-developed the Euro-China Centre and the Leadership/NeuroTrainingLab center of competence. She is also a Ph.D. researcher, finalizing her thesis on the entrepreneur’s profile and changing role during its firm development.

Dora holds a Master’s degree in Sinology from the University of Bucharest, Romania and Beijing Languages and Cultures University and an MBA from Antwerp Management School, Belgium. She speaks fluently – English, Dutch, Romanian and Chinese – at a basic conversational level.
