From her genuine interest in people and with a result-oriented focus, Annelies quickly found her way in the broad domain of HR. She has built up experience in mapping individual potential through executive search, selection as well as individual dynamics. She also focuses on organisational dynamics through management reviews, organisational design exercises, … and this within both private and public organisations. With a degree in Work & Organisational Psychology under her belt, she began her career in HR consultancy, in which she is still active today. Maximising the potential of individuals, teams and organisations is what drives her. ​​​

Annelies has developed a track record in leadership consulting in environments of varying contexts, where she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and organizations. ​​​

Annelies joined VALPEO in 2019 having previously worked in the talent assessment and selection space with specialist organisations in Belgium. ​
