From her genuine interest in people and with a result-oriented focus, Annelies quickly found her way in the broad domain of HR. She has built up experience in mapping individual potential through executive search, selection as well as individual dynamics. She also focuses on organizational dynamics through management reviews, organizational design exercises, … and this within both private and public organizations. With a degree in Work & Organizational Psychology under her belt, she began her career in HR consultancy, in which she is still active today. Maximizing the potential of individuals, teams and organizations is what drives her. ​​​

Annelies has developed a track record in leadership consulting in environments of varying contexts, where she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and organizations. ​​​

Annelies joined Valpeo in 2019 having previously worked in the talent assessment and selection space with specialist organizations in Belgium. ​
