As a partner at VALPEO, he brings a different vision to business development. His professional career, spanning more than 30 years, has taken him from production to business development and company management. Thanks to these areas of expertise, he has solid experience in governance, leadership and sustainability to help organisations evolve.

Laura Perret is a consultant in leadership and organizational development. She coaches executives, management teams and boards of directors.

Laura Perret leads complex change projects in the public and private sectors as well as NGOs. She accompanies companies and organizations in their evolution with a sustainable development perspective in the 5 dimensions: economic, social, environmental, global and long-term. Her life mission is to support the transformation of people and organisations towards a sustainable future and thus contribute to societal progress.

Annemie Viaene is an Executive leadership advisor for individuals and teams, bringing a 30-year business track record in advisory services and in industry.

She leads complex international change projects as a C-level advisor on strategic programs. Building on her prior general management experience, she consults customers on strategy, organization design, leadership development and culture transformation. She also operates as an executive coach and mentor for individuals and teams in C-suites and boards.
