Vanessa Fricke

Vanessa Fricke is a Partner at VALPEO in Germany, where she works closely with leaders and organisations to navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making, and align leadership, structure, and strategy. She is particularly interested in how leadership capability and organisational design enable performance in complex and evolving environments.

With more than 20 years of experience working with large international organisations and strategic enterprise accounts across all sectors, Vanessa brings a commercially grounded and systemically informed perspective to her work. She has played a key role in building and scaling international organisations, including the design and leadership of a new business unit across multiple locations — experience that deeply informs her understanding of decision-making under new strategic direction.

At VALPEO, Vanessa focuses on executive search and leadership advisory, partnering with boards and executive teams to build coherent, future-ready organisations. As a certified systemic consultant and coach, as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner, she supports leaders in navigating change with clarity, confidence, and strategic intent.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys tennis, reading, painting, and outdoor activities, finding balance, inspiration, and perspective in nature and creative pursuits.
