Since 2017, we have been steadily building our portfolio of organisation and leadership advisory services in Belgium via our subsidiary Accord Group. Now, we are proud to announce our continued growth journey and international expansion in the United Kingdom, Africa, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Our international growth
Following the onboarding of investment partner Think2Act in May last year, we are now on a journey to take our differentiated approach and service offering to key strategic markets. We offer a full suite of services including Executive Search & Selection, Assessment & Development, Executive Interim Management, Executive Coaching, Organizational Design & Development, Cultural Transformation, Board Advisory, Management Review, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Strategy and Strategy Design.
Under the leadership of our Chairman Fabiaan van Vrekhem, we have developed a distinctive approach, centred on helping our clients achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Utilising our proprietary VALPEO Dynamics, we provide unique insights and solutions to address our clients’ most pertinent and challenging leadership and organisational challenges. Who are we welcoming?
We are excited to bring Pratik Chandaria, José Veloso and Richard Vincent on board as part of the next leg of the growth sprint for the group.
Pratik Chandaria’s focus on the UK and Africa is in line with the ambition to scale the business and take VALPEO to the next level internationally. He brings over 25 years of advisory experience spanning leadership advisory, management consulting and investment banking. He has worked with large corporates dealing with growth and transformation challenges, and private equity and family-owned businesses facing succession and management challenges.
For the Swiss market, we have appointed José Veloso as partner. José has worked many years in the fields of industrial technology and IT and has a solid experience in organisational and leadership development. His expertise in business transformation, organisation and leadership effectiveness, and executive coaching will help VALPEO achieve its international growth and development objectives.
And finally, for the Dutch market, VALPEO has appointed Richard Vincent as partner. Richard is passionate about making business strategies work by leveraging the full potential of people and organisations. He has 27 years of experience in international executive search, assessment, leadership development & organisational consulting. In addition, he has supported global and regional boards in the EMEA and APAC region to get the right people in the right place, and to align their management teams to the strategy, values and culture.
