Wim is a Partner at Valpeo. He has over 30 years of experience in industry and leadership advisory.
Wim has been part of the Valpeo story from the outset, having initially joined Accord Group, a subsidiary of Valpeo now, in 2009. Wim supports clients on a wide range of projects from executive and interim search to organisation design and leadership assessment.
Wim joined the Valpeo group having previously spent several years operating as an interim executive across various sectors. In such roles, operating across Europe, Asia, and the US, he guided many organisations through transformational change, including accelerating start-ups, geographical expansion, M&A, and strategic reviews.
Wim's early career was in commercial and business development roles with various organisations including Mattel Toys and Universal Music.`
Wim obtained his master's degree in Business Economics, Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Gent.
