Stefan has worked in Belgium and several markets internationally, supporting large corporates and multinationals, as well as SMEs, family businesses, and government organizations.

Stefan is a Partner at Accord Group and VALPEO where he leads the executive search practice in Europe. He seeks to align leaders to contexts, looking at people and organizations from a systemic and evolutive perspective, enhancing awareness about how people add value, today and in the future. Stefan has recruited, selected, and coached over 1000 people at all stages of their careers. He is a certified leadership assessor and executive coach.

Prior to joining VALPEO in 2015, Stefan developed his experience in leadership advisory with Accenture in their Talent and Organisation consulting practice and with Mercuri Urval, a global HR consultancy.

Stefan attended KU Leuven where he obtained a master’s degree Organizational Psychology.
