Khadija is a Partner at VALPEO. She is an experienced leadership coach specialising in leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation and team development. Her approach is anchored in business reality and she works with both individuals and teams to develop and strengthen their capabilities.
Prior to joining VALPEO, Khadija was the Managing Director of the Institute of NeuroCognitivism. Her early career was in the pharmaceuticals sector in senior marketing and business unit leadership roles with various companies.
Khadija holds a master’s in Marketing and Advertising from the Solvay Business School.
