She brings a 30 years business track record which includes 15 years in advisory services, 13 years in the utilities industry, and 2 years in the plastics industry. In different senior management functions on a national and international scale, she has acquired strong general management expertise. Currently, she is a managing partner with Accord Group and Valpeo Holding, specialised in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory.

Annemie leads complex international change projects, is a certified executive coaching professional, and is a c-level advisor on strategic programs. Building on her experience, she consults customers on organisation design, leadership development, and culture transformation. She also operates as executive coach and trusted mentor for c-suites and boards.

Annemie holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering Sciences, an Executive MBA, and several accreditation certificates in leadership and coaching.
