Annemie Viaene leads complex international change projects. She is a C-level advisor on strategic programs. Building on her prior general management experience, she consults customers on strategy, organization design, leadership development and culture transformation. She also operates as an executive coach and mentor for individuals and teams in C-suites and boards.
Prior to VALPEO / Accord Group she operated for 15 years in advisory services, 13 years in the utilities industry, and 2 years in the plastics industry. She held different senior management functions nationally and internationally and has acquired strong general management expertise. For 13 years, she was Managing Partner Benelux with Sia Partners and Partner Northern Europe with Baringa Partners, a leading management consultancy firm in the energy, utilities & environment sectors.
Annemie holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering Sciences from KUL, Leuven Belgium, an Executive MBA, IMD, Lausanne Switzerland, and is a Certified Executive Coach, CTI and Insead. She speaks five languages fluently – English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish.
